38 Market Place holds a prominent position to the head of the Market Place in Richmond. The works were for the restoration of the building fabric, including repointing, leadwork repairs, window repairs, redecorations and replacing the shop front. The works were carried out in a sensitive manner using sympathetic materials and sound heritage techniques. The project was short listed in the Conservation category for the RICS Pro Yorkshire Awards 2010.
